Shop Policies

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING/EMAILING! 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. GEMSBYSIDNEY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE FOR ANY REASON. 

🌸I placed two orders, can you combine them? 

All orders placed within the same processing time will be combined, UNLESS I HAVE ALREADY PACKED YOUR ORDER. Keep in mind I work on orders right away after a restock, in no particular order. 

Additionally, your order(s) must be placed under the same email for the system to recognize and for me to be able to combine. 

Orders made on Etsy cannot be combined with website orders.

🌸How long is your processing time? 

Processing time fluctuates but I will always have a headline updated on processing times. Please note this does not include time for shipping, as that depends on USPS's efficiency. I do not ship orders on weekends or holidays! 

For items that are MADE TO ORDER, expect longer because they still need to be made. Items made to order will be processed later than ready to ship ones! 

 

🌸Cancellations/Order Revising

ALL SALES ARE FINALS. No order cancellations once it has been processed through the system. 

In the case of address update/change, please email me at gemsbysidney@gmail.com ASAP. If your order has already been packed, revisions cannot be made! With that said, please make sure to double check your address and notify me if you see any mistakes. 


🌸Holding Paid Orders 

If any reason you need your order to be held, please email me or leave a note in note to seller provided in your cart. Provide me a date you would like it shipped. Some people prefer to hold their orders between restocks, to save on shipping. That's completely fine with me, but do note I will only hold orders for a maximum of 4 weeks. You will receive an email when your order has reached the maximum 4 weeks held. 

🌸Lost or stolen mail

I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. GemsbySidney will not provide refunds/replacements if your package gets lost. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, I am no longer in control. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the risks. It is HIGHLY recommended that you sign up for text updates on USPS.com with your tracking number to monitor its travel, as I am not notified about any updates on your packages unless manually (I have hundreds of orders to sort and thus, hundreds of tracking numbers).  

You can now purchase insurance directly from my shipping insurance listing in my shop. For just $1, you can insure your package of up to $100 domestically. 

🌸Shipping Days 

Shipping days depend on the volume of orders. You will receive a shipping notification the day your order is shipped. Shipping days are weekdays only, typically Monday and Friday. I do not offer rush processing however, you can always upgrade shipping speeds at checkout. 

🌸Shipping costs 

Shipping costs you pay are determined by USPS, not me. Prices are expected to fluctuate throughout the year and is usually announced by usps beforehand.

🌸Returned Mail 

If your order is returned back to me, please note that there will be a repayment of shipping fees. Always be sure to double check your address is correct before and after making a purchase. I am required to reconfirm with the customer before shipping out the order again, in case it gets rejected a second time. Please checkout with an email you check regularly! 

🌸Customs and Duties

Where applicable, buyer are responsible for paying customs, fees, and other taxes. All international orders are shipped with a customs form. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

If you have any questions regarding your order please email me only! I am slow to respond to DMs and sometimes they don’t even show for me. I do not answer DMs on Tiktok. Please be sure to give me your order number and photos (if applicable).
