Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns/exchanges.
Damaged upon Arrival
If an item arrives broken, please email me within four business days of receiving with order number and accompanying photo(s). No photos, no resolution. However, if an item arrives with no issue and damage is done by the user (dropped, stepped on etc, even by accident), I will not issue a replacement/repair. All orders come with a care sheet with great instructions and fragile items are packaged in a crushproof box. Customers are fully responsible in caring for their jewelry (and any items) purchased. Additionally, if it has already passed the above time, I cannot issue refund/replacement but I will do my best to walk you through the repair process.
Instances are addressed on a case to case basis.
Lost/Stolen Packages
As much as I love doing what I do, I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages. I will not issue any refund/replacements. After packages are dropped off at post office, they are no longer in my control. Please ensure you have a safe place for mail delivery. It is recommended to purchase insurance for orders $50-$100, insurance through priority mail covers up to $100. You can now directly purchase insurance from the listing on my site to ensure up to $200.
