🌸Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin? 


All jewelry is crafted with hypoallergenic nickel free metals and chains are made with 14k gold plated, silver plated, stainless steel, 18k gold plated and new, 925 sterling silver. I also offer plastic stud alternatives for specific designs. However, I do not offer gold-filled options, please be mindful of your skin. 

🌸Do you offer free shipping? 

Get free shipping when you order $100 (within USA only). Do note free shipping is only applied when you make a single order of $100, not multiple orders adding up to $100. If your order qualifies, the system will automatically register it at checkout. 

🌸How long is delivery? 

Delivery times differ based on your location, shipping method, and items ordered. Note delivery times does not include the time it takes me to process your order. How fast USPS handles their packages is completely out of my control. Refer to my shipping policy page for a breakdown of shipping times. 

🌸Do you offer clip-on options? 

Clip-ons are now available with no additional charge on my website only. Keep in mind, only designs under the "clip-ons" category have clip on options.

Clip-ons are just an alternative finish to the standard ear wire, requiring no piercings. All clip-ons offered on my site are adjustable. Keep in mind that thicker earlobes may not be suitable even if they are adjustable. 

🌸Do you take custom orders? 

Gemsbysidney does not take custom orders. Everything you see on my page is sold as is. 

🌸Do you offer wholesale options/selling in person? 

As all my items are handmade, not manufactured, I have decided to put my wholesale availability on hold. But do inbox me if you have any interests in that topic! I do not sell in person. All items are sold and shipped online. 

🌸Do you ship internationally? 

My shop ships internationally! Including EU, which only opened recently! Customers are responsible for any customs fees!

SHOP POLICIES

Combining orders

All orders placed within the same processing time will be combined, unless your order has already been packed.

Please keep your orders under the same email, otherwise the system won't alert me.

Orders made on Etsy cannot be combined with website orders.

Processing Time

Processing times fluctuate but I usually update it on the announcement bar. Keep in mind processing time is not the same as shipping times and the speed of your shipping times depend on your carrier's efficiency, day of the week, and weather conditions.

Made to order items will always take longer to get ready to ship products out asap.

Cancellations/Order Revisions

ALL SALES ARE FINALS. No order cancellations once it has been processed through the system. 

In the case of address update/change, please email me at gemsbysidney@gmail.com ASAP. If your order has already been packed, revisions cannot be made! With that said, please make sure to double check your address and notify me ASAP if you see any mistakes. 

Lost or Stolen Mail

I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot provide refunds/replacements if your package gets lost. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, I am no longer in control. 

By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the risks. It is HIGHLY recommended that you sign up for text updates on USPS.com with your tracking number to monitor its travel, as I am not notified about any updates on your packages.

For just $1, you can insure up to $100 of goods, including shipping. Buy shipping insurance here.

Shipping Costs/Free Shipping

I don't make money off shipping costs and all prices are determined by USPS.

FREE shipping on domestic USA orders over $100

FREE shipping on international orders over $180

International shipping is expensive and I appreciate every one of you who choose to support regardless 🥹🥹 I always recommend combining orders with friends to save!

Returned Mail

If your order is returned back to me, please note that there will be a repayment of shipping fees. Always be sure to double check your address is correct before and after making a purchase. I am required to reconfirm with the customer before shipping out the order again, in case it gets rejected a second time. Please checkout with an email you check regularly! 

Customs & Duties

Where applicable, buyer are responsible for paying customs, fees, and other taxes. All international orders are shipped with a customs form. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

If you have any questions regarding your order please email me only! I am slow to respond to DMs and sometimes they don’t even show for me. I do not answer DMs on Tiktok. Please be sure to give me your order number and photos (if applicable). 

Damaged Items

Something arrived damaged? USPS can be rough with their shipping, so that is another reason to always buy insurance.

Please email me ASAP with your order #, pictures and let me know if you had purchased insurance. If the email date is more than 5 business days past the delivery date, then I will assume this was done on accident.

I am not responsible if the damaged is caused by the user, whether by accident. All orders come with a care sheet and a QR code to my online care tips. Please take good care!
